BitBridge Capital Strategies has revealed plans to go public under the ticker BTTL by the end of Q3 2025, following its completed merger with Green Mountain Merger Inc. The company also announced its bold move into BTC-backed lending with a new product: the Bitcoin Respect Loan.

The Block

No Legacy Business, Only Bitcoin

Unlike other public crypto treasury companies like MicroStrategy, BitBridge is launching with a clean slate. The firm stated it has no legacy operations and is solely focused on expanding the Bitcoin economy, building a robust BTC reserve, and leveraging bitcoin as sound money to drive long-term value.

“Our mission is to bridge the gap between a declining traditional finance system and a thriving bitcoin standard,” said CEO Paul Jaber.

BTC-Backed Lending: Bitcoin Respect Loan

BitBridge’s flagship product, the Bitcoin Respect Loan, aims to redefine how financial systems treat bitcoin collateral. Designed around BTC’s long-term value, the loan offers:

  • Low-interest rates
  • Multi-year terms
  • A structure meant to generate sustainable annual revenue

This marks a growing shift toward BTC as usable, bankable collateral—a narrative gaining traction among institutions.

Strategic Branding: From Football to Podcasts

To build consumer trust and drive visibility, BitBridge is planning:

  • Sponsorship of a high-profile college football team
  • A Bitcoin-focused educational podcast hosted by CEO Paul Jaber

These branding efforts are meant to humanize the company and educate the public about the benefits of a bitcoin-centric financial system.

Public Listing Timeline and Outlook

BitBridge will begin trading under BTTL by the end of Q3 2025, with plans to uplist to NASDAQ shortly after. The move reflects growing investor appetite for pure bitcoin treasury plays.

With its BTC-backed lending product and bold branding strategy, BitBridge is betting big on a Bitcoin-native future.
