Technical analysis highlights support at $0.19, resistance at $0.23 as trading volume rises
World Liberty Financial (WLFI/USD) is showing signs of strength after breaking out of a descending channel that dominated its price action earlier this month. The token, currently trading near $0.2239, has gained momentum as buyers test a crucial resistance level around $0.23.

The chart reveals three important zones. The primary support sits in the $0.19–$0.20 range, where buyers previously defended the token from further declines. A deeper demand zone lies near $0.175, which acted as a strong rebound point earlier. On the upside, the $0.23–$0.24 zone is emerging as a critical resistance, highlighted by repeated rejections.
“Breaking above $0.23 with strong volume could open the door toward the $0.26–$0.28 region,” said BITX market analyst. “However, failure to clear this barrier may trigger another pullback to the $0.20 area.”
Trading activity has picked up noticeably. The volume spike on the breakout from the descending channel suggests growing interest from traders anticipating a potential trend reversal. Momentum indicators also point to improving strength, though overextension near resistance cannot be ruled out.
Experts caution that while the breakout is promising, sustained consolidation above $0.23 is needed to confirm bullish continuation. A rejection here could see WLFI retest support levels before attempting another rally.
For short-term traders, the current setup presents both opportunity and risk. A confirmed breakout above $0.23 could provide an attractive entry for momentum players, while conservative traders may wait for a retest of the $0.20 support before positioning.
With WLFI now pressing against resistance, the next few sessions could prove decisive. A strong breakout may fuel further upside, while rejection could keep the token consolidating within its broader range.
