ASTER/USD Technical Analysis Points to Potential Breakout
Aster (ASTER/USD) continues to attract attention after a sharp rally lifted the token more than 165% in recent sessions, with prices now consolidating near $1.59. The one-hour chart shows a steady ascending trendline, signaling that buyers remain in control despite short-term pullbacks.
During the latest trading session, Aster rebounded strongly from the $1.40 green support zone, a level that has repeatedly provided a base for new advances. The market is now approaching a critical resistance range around $1.70–$1.80, where previous rallies faced selling pressure. A break above this area could open the path toward the “weak high” near $2.00, a level that traders are closely watching for confirmation of a sustained uptrend.
“The price action shows healthy consolidation after a significant upward move,” said BITX market analyst. “If the ascending trendline continues to hold, the probability of retesting the upper resistance and possibly challenging the $2.00 mark remains strong.”
Volume data also supports the bullish outlook, with increasing trading activity accompanying upward pushes. Analysts highlight that maintaining support above $1.40 will be key to preserving the current momentum. A failure to defend this zone could trigger a retest of the orange support area near $1.30, where previous buying interest emerged.
BITX strategist noted, “The trendline and layered support levels are encouraging signs for traders. However, the next move hinges on whether bulls can generate enough demand to overcome the heavy resistance cluster overhead.”
In the near term, traders are advised to monitor the $1.70 resistance zone and the rising trendline for clues about direction. A decisive breakout above resistance would likely signal a continuation of the uptrend, while a break below support may indicate a deeper correction.
