Figure Technology Solutions has confidentially filed to go public, riding the wave of optimism across crypto and stock markets.

A Major Step Toward Public Markets

Figure, a leading force in blockchain-based home equity lending, announced on Monday that it submitted a confidential IPO filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company plans to list later this year, becoming one of several crypto-focused firms pursuing a public debut amid renewed investor appetite and favorable U.S. regulatory conditions.

Figure has originated over $16 billion in home equity lines of credit using blockchain rails.

Part of a Growing Trend in Crypto IPOs

The filing places Figure among a rising list of digital asset firms going public, including Circle (CRCL), which surged from a $30 IPO to a $300 valuation, and other major players like Grayscale, BitGo, and Bullish.

This rush to the public market follows President Trump’s pro-crypto stance, which has encouraged clearer regulatory frameworks and greater market participation.

Focused on Real-World Asset Tokenization

Founded by former SoFi CEO Mike Cagney, Figure has carved out a strong presence in the real-world asset (RWA) sector through its use of the Provenance Blockchain. The platform enables tokenized lending products, making it easier to access and manage home equity loans.

Figure recently merged with Figure Markets, which operates a blockchain-based marketplace and issues a tokenized money market fund, YDLS.

What’s Next for Figure?

While details of the IPO — including valuation, pricing, and exchange — remain under wraps due to its confidential nature, the company’s strong RWA footprint and tech-forward approach could position it as a leader in public blockchain finance.

As institutional and retail interest in tokenized financial products grows, Figure’s IPO could serve as a bellwether for future blockchain finance listings.
